Divisions: AU (Auto —all dealer auctions), EQ (Equipment —the quarterly/seasonal equipment sales), RE (Real Estate), Online —split into OLI (Online Contractor) and OLA (Online Assiter), assigned by Julia or Spanky; new online auctions arrive as Online – unassigned until someone assigns them. FR (Freedom —on hold), SPL (Special —one-off live or simulcast auctions not run on Assiter; add with + Manual Entry ). Dates are the auction's closing date; Ref # is the Assiter auction reference. Real estate dollar figures in the main KPIs come from the Assiter Auction Summary; contract price and deal economics live in the Real Estate Detail panel.

Every real estate auction needs its CDA (commission disbursement) info. Clear each one by uploading the CDA spreadsheet , entering it , or marking it a no sale .
Choose all your CDA spreadsheets at once (.xlsx , old or new layout). Each CDA is matched to a real estate auction that still needs closing info. Nothing is saved until you click Import , and every CDA can be corrected afterwards from its row (CDA button) or cleared with Clear closing info .
Choose the Profit & Loss by Class workbook from your accountant (.xlsx , class names across the top). Each class is matched to an auction; nothing is saved until you click Save . Matches you correct here are remembered for next month.
Choose the real estate sales workbook (one sheet per year, e.g. “2021-2025 Real Estate Sales”). Each row becomes sold , no sale or cancelled , and is matched to an auction. Nothing is saved until you click Import. Auctions that already have a CDA are only compared, never changed.
For auctions that aren't in Assiter — e.g. a Special one-off live or simulcast sale run somewhere else.
